I’m a qualified naturopath and herbalist, which basically means I work with the power of plants, food, and lifestyle to help the body find balance—so you can feel your best.
It’s amazing what can happen when you start making small changes to your diet and daily habits while bringing in the support of herbal medicine. Herbs can be a gentle but powerful way to help the body heal and function optimally.

Now, you might not realise it, but 80% of the world’s population relies on herbal medicine as part of their primary healthcare. And it doesn’t have to be complicated—some of the best remedies are already in your kitchen! Ginger for nausea, thyme for throat infections, sage for hot flashes.
One of the best things about herbal medicine is how accessible it is. You can find healing plants right in the supermarket—like garlic and parsley—or even forage for them in nature. Hawthorn berries, for example, are great for heart health, and elderberries can help support your immune system.
Now, don’t get me wrong—there’s absolutely a time and place for pharmaceutical medicine. But sometimes, long-term reliance on prescriptions isn’t the best solution.
I like to explain it this way: imagine there’s a leak in your bathroom, and water is flooding the floor. You could keep mopping up the water, but unless you turn off the source of the leak, the problem isn’t going away. That’s how I see diet, lifestyle, and herbs—helping to address the root cause, not just the symptoms.
My philosophy is all about creating sustainable, long-term health by working with your body, not against it. It’s about giving you stepping stones to better well-being.
